EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All quotes produced by Blossoming Tales are valid for seven (7) days. All events require a non-refundable deposit of 20% to hold the event date. Full payment for all Events is required thirty (30) days prior to event date. Upon receiving payment, Events are confirmed unless specified otherwise.
We require acceptance of all quotes no later than thirty (30) days prior to your event. This is to ensure sufficient time for ordering of stock and staff scheduling.
Cancellations less than thirty (30) days prior to an event incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total invoice price.
Cancellations less than fourteen (14) days prior to an event are non-refundable.
There is no fee to reschedule provided thirty (30) days notice is provided otherwise the above cancellation fees apply.
A refundable bond of will be taken for any props hired our by Blossoming Tales or are the property of Blossoming Tales and provided on a hire only basis, unless purchased by the customer. Blossoming Tales will collect all hired items or must be returned within one (1) week of event date. The bond will be refunded upon return of all hired items in their undamaged condition.
Blossoming Tales reserves the right to photograph all arrangements upon installation for promotional material use.

All payments can be made via direct transfer.
Payments made via VISA or MasterCard may incur a credit card payment fee by the processing company.
