We'd love to be apart of your day and helping you create your vision. Our initial phone call is so that we can get to know you better and uncover what you'd like to achieve for your special day. 

What is the process of getting a quote?

If we are available on your wedding day, we will organise for a consultation time to understand in detail your needs and personalise a quote.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm your wedding date as we continue to finalise the finer details.

How much should we budget?

This really depends on your overall vision! 

We will guide you through how best to allocate your budget and on arrangements that will make the most impact.

What is the minimum spend?

There is no minimum spend requirement. We cater for all weddings, size doesn't matter!

Why are wedding flowers expensive?

We take a lot of pride in ensuring your florals are of the best quality for one of the most important days of your life.

A lot of care, time and effort goes into creating each and every arrangement. This starts from collecting your florals from the market to the preparation and conditioning of your florals to ensure they are at it's peak on your big day. 

What do your services involve?

From designing each floral arrangement, we offer delivery of your bridal party flowers including your bridal bouquet, set up at the venue and pack down if required. 

We work with your other vendors, wedding planner and stylists to ensure your wedding day runs as smoothly as possible.

Oh no! I need to cancel.

This is absolutely devastating news if you need to cancel. However, we understand that no matter how hard we plan and prepare, there may always been something unforeseen. 

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel, the below cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations less than thirty (30) days prior to an event incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total invoice price.

Cancellations less than fourteen (14) days prior to an event are non-refundable. 

There is no fee to reschedule provided thirty (30) days notice is provided otherwise the above cancellation fees apply.
